It was built in the Dutch Phillips factories back in 1970. At that time it did cost a little fortune and could only afford by a few people. THE RADIO BECAME WORLD POPULAIR AFTER ITS APEARANCE IN THE JAMES BOND FILM: “Diamonds are forever" The radio COMES WITH A COPY OF THE OWNERS MANUAL. Since several types were made of this radio some details in the MANUAL may be slightly different.    It has an external loop antenna as well as TWO telescopic antennas. Both telescopic antennas are brand new (NOS). This radio is in a verry, verry nice condition.  On the dial flap there’s a world map and a time zone scale. This radio plays great : FM, with AFC goes up to 108 Mhz. MW, LW and 4 SHORTWAVE bands with band spread. Meter for tuning signal and battery condition. The battery COMPARTMENT is  clean. Pushbuttons for dial scale light and external antenna. The BIG front speaker gives you a rich deep sound. Tone control for both high tones and basses. Connections for: ext. LS, earphone, tape recorder, turntable, Car antenna, wire antenna and Dipole , 9 volt external power supply. I can send a 220 volts adapter with the radio.. The radio is standing on a heavy, 360 degrees rotating, foot. The SIZES are: 14” x 9” (flap down) 12” (flap up) x 4,7”  WxHxD. The weight is about 14 pounds
